Privacy

The form uses company and worker names and addresses, payment dates, earnings, deductions and withholding settings you enter. Optional identifiers are included if you provide them. Draft details are saved in your browser on your device. Reset sample clears the saved generator draft.

When you proceed with a purchase, the document snapshot and order details are sent to our service and stored so the purchased documents can be delivered and retrieved again.

Stripe processes payments. Card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page, rather than in the YourPayStubs generator. Our service uses the payment status and checkout email to confirm the order and provide access.

We use an email service to send confirmation and recovery links. Keep those links private: someone who has a valid private link may be able to open your documents.

Your browser stores preferences such as language and appearance. Order recovery uses your checkout email to find matching paid orders. The service also uses request information to limit repeated recovery attempts.

Email support@yourpaystubs.com about your information or to request deletion. We may need to verify that the order belongs to you. Some transaction records may need to be retained for payment, dispute or recordkeeping purposes.

Clearing your browser draft does not delete a purchased order. Do not email payment-card details or Social Security numbers.

After a real purchase, you may choose to publish a star rating, written review and display name. These are visible to website visitors. We do not publish your checkout email, order reference or payment details with your review. Do not include private payroll information. Contact support to request removal of your review.

When address suggestions are connected, the address text you type is sent to Geoapify to find matching US addresses. You can enter your address manually. Suggestion searches are not saved as customer records by YourPayStubs.
