Common questions
Is it legal to create a pay stub?
Use YourPayStubs only to document real compensation that you are authorized to record. Creating a document does not verify income or guarantee that it meets every legal requirement. Employers should check the wage-statement requirements that apply to their workers. Do not use the service to fabricate employment or income.
How much does it cost?
One pay stub is $7.98. A set of four is $27.98. Your total appears before payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Can I create multiple pay stubs?
Yes. Choose the number of pay stubs and pay frequency, then review each period before payment.
Can I download my order again?
Use the private link in your confirmation email, or choose Find my order and enter your checkout email.
What if I made a mistake?
You can go back and edit your details before payment. A purchased order keeps the details submitted at checkout. Contact support if you need help after payment.
Before you start
A few useful details.
Which worker type should I choose?
Choose Employee for the employee withholding flow. Choose Self-Employed / Contractor for nonemployee payments; that flow does not automatically deduct employee payroll taxes.
Can I use this on my phone?
The form adapts to a smaller screen. After reviewing and confirming, choose Save as PDF from the print screen to save your pay stub.
What are the product limits?
It uses the payment details you enter and includes standard 2026 withholding flows, with stated exclusions. It does not verify income or replace a complete payroll system. Review your information and read the limits in the generator before purchasing.
